Solution: To ensure the best possible connection, we offer Custom Outbound Proxies that you can easily configure on your device or software. Follow these simple steps:

It's important to note that you must use your SIP address when configuring your VoIP service, which can be found in the dashboard of your Crazytrel account. Your SIP address would either be sip.biz.crazytel.net.au or sip.crazytel.net.au. This SIP address is essential for proper identification and authentication within the network. When setting up your device, remember that outbound proxies can only be configured in the designated "outbound proxy" setting in your device's configuration menu. Using incorrect settings or attempting to place proxy information in other fields may result in connection failures or service interruptions. 

When to Use Custom Outbound Proxies

• Use these proxies only in the "Outbound Proxy" fields of your device or software settings.
• Important: Do not enter these proxies in fields like "Server Host", as this may cause configuration errors.
