Please follow these easy steps:
- Access Your Customer Portal: Start by visiting our secure customer portal at https://portal.crazytel.com.au . Simply click on the link to open the portal in your web browser.
- Login to Your Account: Enter your login credentials to securely access your account dashboard.
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Once logged in, locate and click on the "My Account" tab.
- From the dropdown menu or subsequent page, select "Cancel Account".
Important Consideration Before Proceeding:
Please be aware that cancelling your account will have the following immediate effects:
- Instant Termination: Your account will be closed right away.
- Impact on Services: All associated SIP Trunks (voice over internet protocol lines) and DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing numbers) linked to your account will also be terminated.
Before Confirming Cancellation, ensure you have:
- Notified any relevant parties about the upcoming change
- Arranged alternative services (if necessary)
- Downloaded any necessary records or data from your account (if desired)
