To ensure your 1300 or 1800 number functions as intended, complete the following essential steps:

1. Set up a SIP Trunk (even if not immediately used) to enable call forwarding to your mobile or landline.
2. Enable Call Forwarding on your account.
3. Recharge Your Account to cover the number's cost and expected calls.
4. Purchase a New Number.
5. Configure Your New Number with call forwarding (if applicable).

1. Go to Number Management > My Numbers.
2. Click on the newly purchased number.
3. Scroll down to the First Destination section.
4. "Change "Type of Forwarding" to "Call Forward".
5. Enter the destination number (where calls will be forwarded) in the Forwarding Destination box. Ensure the number is in E.164 format (EG: +61298761234)
