Prerequisites
Before beginning the SIP Trunk configuration:
- Create an Extension in Yeastar
- Add your Phone device to the system
Configuration Steps
1. Access Trunk Settings
- Log in to your Yeastar P Series Software Edition
- Navigate to: Extensions and Trunk - Trunk - Add

2. Configure Trunk Settings
Basic Settings
- Name: Enter a name to identify the trunk (can be any descriptive name)
- Trunk Status: Enabled
- Select ITSP Template: General or Australia
- ITSP: Crazytel (If using ITSP Please also go to SIP Headers and remove Realm as this is currently broken)
Detailed Configuration
- Trunk Type: Register Trunk
- Hostname/IP: sip.crazytel.net.au (Residential) or sip.biz.crazytel.net.au
- Port: 5060/25160 (UDP or TCP) or 5061 (TLS)
- Domain: sip.crazytel.net.au (Residential) or sip.biz.crazytel.net.au
- Username: Your SIP Trunk ID
- Password: Your SIP Trunk Password
- Authentication Name: Blank
- Enable Outbound Proxy: Disabled
- Outbound Proxy Server: (Only if Outbound Proxy Enabled) brisbane.sip.crazytel.net.au; or sydney.sip.crazytel.net.au; or melbourne.sip.crazytel.net.au; or perth.sip.crazytel.net.au
- Port: 5060/25160 (UDP or TCP) or 5061 (TLS)
DIDs/DDIs
Add
Create Method - Single DID or DID Range
DID/DDI - Your Number in E164 format ie 61412345678
DID/DDI Name - Your DID/DDI Name

3. Save Configuration
- Click Save to apply all settings
Verification
After configuration:
- You should be able to make outgoing calls
- You should be able to receive incoming calls
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues:
- Refer to the Yeastar guides.
- Verify all credentials are entered correctly
- Ensure your network allows VoIP traffic
Note: Keep your Crazytel credentials secure and never share them publicly.
