Using the CrazyPBX Speech Generator

If you're anything like me, you probably don't have a quiet recording environment to record the perfect announcement or IVR menu sound file -- here's how to use CrazyPBX's inbuilt AI Speech Generator.

Generating your custom audio

Step 1: Sign In to the Crazytel Customer Portal

1. Go to the Crazytel Customer Portal.

2. Log in with your credentials.

3. Click on CrazyPBX to access the PBX portal.

Step 2: Create that custom sound!

1. Click on Sound Manager then Speech Generator
2. Select the voice you'd like to use
3. Enter the script you'd like read aloud for use with your CrazyPBX inbound feature
4. Click Generate Speech, and wait while the AI generates the audio.
5. Click the play icon once the audio has been generated to confirm you're happy with the result
6. Once happy, click the Download WAV button to download a '.wav' file for use
