These advanced features only become available when the SIP Trunk connects to a PBX
Affordable option for basic inbound and outbound calling

CrazyPBX Extensions

CrazyPBX Extensions provide enhanced functionality as they're part of a managed PBX solution.

Key Features:

Ability to put callers on hold
Call transfer capabilities
Advanced features such as call queues
Complete telephony solution without requiring a separate PBX
You need one extention per device

System Features

It's important to note that the system has two separate feature sets:

Ring Groups
IVRs (Interactive Voice Response systems)
Other PBX features

These features operate differently depending on whether you're using SIP Trunks or CrazyPBX Extensions. Make sure you are using the correct system corresponding to your service type (SIP Trunks or Extensions) to access the appropriate feature set.
