Important Information about Number Searches

Crazytel agents cannot search for custom phone numbers on behalf of customers. All available phone numbers are accessible directly through the customer portal.

How to Find Available Phone Numbers

Step 1: Access the Phone Number Portal

Navigate to the Crazytel phone number purchase page at:

https://portal.crazytel.com.au/crazypbx/number/buy-number

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

Enter your username and password
If you don't have an account, you can sign up through the portal
Australian residents can get $2.00 free credit to try the service
No credit card is required for the initial setup
Australian mobile verification is required

Step 3: Browse Available Numbers

Once logged in, you will be able to view and select from all currently available phone numbers in the system.

Additional Notes

The full inventory of available numbers is displayed in the portal
Number availability is updated in real-time
Custom number requests cannot be accommodated outside the portal selection
For any issues with the portal, please refer to the system status page which monitors all Crazytel networks
