To make international calls using CrazyTel services:
Dial 0011 - This is the mandatory international access code for all CrazyTel international calls
Dial the country code - The numerical code that identifies the destination country (e.g., 1 for USA, 44 for UK)
Dial the area code (if required) and the local phone number
Example: To call a number in the United States (country code 1) with the local number 555-123-4567:
Dial: 0011 1 555 123 4567
