Prerequisites
Ensure you have an account with Crazytel. If not, sign up at portal.crazytel.com.au before proceeding.
Deleting a SIP Trunk in Your Crazytel Portal
- Log in to the Crazytel portal at portal.crazytel.com.au using your credentials.
- From the left-hand menu, click on "SIP Trunks" to view your list of configured trunks.
- Identify the SIP Trunk you wish to delete and click the corresponding Delete icon (trash can symbol).
Alternative Option:
- If you intend to reuse the trunk's settings in the future, consider clicking the "Suspend" option instead. This will halt incoming calls without removing the trunk's configuration.
- A confirmation prompt will appear. To proceed with deleting the SIP Trunk, click "Yes, I'm Sure".
- Upon successful deletion, a Success Message will display at the top of the page, confirming that the SIP Trunk has been removed from your account.
