CrazyPBX Speed Dial

A Speed Dial allows call forwarding to a specific number. Saving a number as a Speed Dial allows quick-swapping between numbers as required.

Step 1: Sign In to the Crazytel Customer Portal

1. Go to the Crazytel Customer Portal.

2. Log in with your credentials.

3. Click on CrazyPBX to access the PBX portal.

Step 2: Navigate to Speed Dials

1. Click Inbound Features
2. Click Speed Dials

Step 3: Create a Speed Dial

1. Click Add Speed Dial on the top right of the page
2. Set the speed dial code (must be unique/unused on your Crazytel account)
3. Set a name for the Speed Dial
4. Set the destination number for the  Speed Dial (61X format, IE 0412 345 678 > 61412345678)
5. Save settings for your Speed Dial

Using the Speed Dial

Any CrazyPBX Extension on your CrazyPBX instance can dial the Speed Dial Code as shown to dial the number directly.

CrazyPBX inbound features can use the speed dial as a destination (IE, Time out Destination for a Ring Group, IVR destination, etc.)
