Troubleshooting FreePBX issues? Ensure uninterrupted service by allowing our IP addresses through your FreePBX Firewall. Follow these straightforward steps to update your firewall settings.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Access Firewall Settings:
- Navigate to the top menu in your FreePBX interface.
- Click on Connectivity and then select Firewall.
- Switch to the Networks tab. - Add IP Addresses (Whitelisting):
- Locate Required IP Addresses: Refer to the Account Settings Page in your portal for the comprehensive list of Crazytel's IP Addresses. Please note: These IP addresses may be updated periodically, so be sure to check back regularly for changes.
- Input IP Address Details:
+ IP or Hostname: Enter a single Crazytel IP Address from the list.
+ Assigned Zone: Select Trusted (Exclude from Firewall).
+ Description: Briefly describe the IP Address for easy identification. - Add Multiple IP Addresses:
- Click the green + (Add New) button to create an entry for the next IP Address.
- Repeat Step 2 until all Crazytel IP Addresses from the list have been added. - Save Changes:
- Click Save to apply the updated firewall settings.
Verification:
